Membership in the Pennsylvania Hospice and Palliative Care Network is offered in the following categories:

Hospice Provider                                                                                                                         
Hospice programs, i.e., Medicare-certified programs that are licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health.

Palliative Care Provider
Palliative care programs i.e., programs providing for or planning for specialized care to patients with advanced or life-limiting illness and their families.  This membership is for palliative care programs not affiliated with a hospice organization.

Supportive

Supportive, i.e., organizations that do not provide or plan for specialized care for patients with advanced or life-limiting illness, but are supportive of the mission and vision of PHPCN.
